Abisko 40L

Abisko 40L internal frame backpack is an excellent balance of performance and affordability. Heavy-hauling load capability, convenient access points, and an array of features combine to equip the pack for extended backpacking trips.

The Abisko 40L pack’s suspension system is comprised of a lightweight perimeter frame, a stabilizing vertical aluminum stay, and a ventilated back panel. Together, these features effectively distribute and balance the weight of heavy backpacking loads while promoting airflow to keep you cool and comfortable. The Anti-Gravity suspension system allows the pack to accommodate torso lengths and keeps the weight off your shoulders at the same time. The padded and adjustable shoulder straps and hip belt further aid in stabilization and fit. Fine-tuning can be made with load-lifter straps and an elastic sternum strap.

The pack’s main compartment has a top entry access point and a lower sleeping bag compartment. An integrated large I-zip entry also enables you to get to the interior of the pack without having to remove the protective top lid. There are two large zippered front pockets, zippered side pockets with pass-through access behind them, and also a zippered lid pocket. Other features include side and lower front compression straps, side water bottle pockets, ice ax/trekking pole loops, daisy chain attachment points, and hip belt pockets
